Users Responsibility
It is the User's sole responsibility to interview, consult or confer with,
ask for information, judge the qualifications, competency of those Users
listing themselves on this Service directory.  It is the User's responsibility
to ask those types of questions, and not Myra International, Inc. The
User is solely responsible for all dealings with this Service and the process
by which the User chooses to retain service(s). The User is solely responsible,
as the publisher, for the information or material posted on Birds4Birders.com,
publicly or privately, and for interaction with other Users of this Service. Myra
International, Inc. is not responsible for the use of any personal identifying
information that may be disclosed to others through, but not limited to, electronic
mail, bulletin/message board or any other forum. The User agrees not to
use this Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by local, state,
national, or international law. The User must agree not to make any fraudulent

Rights.  The information entered on-line on the Membership Profile Registration
Form must be accurate, truthful, and kept current.  It is the User's responsibility
to maintain password confidentiality after completing the Registration Form.
A new password may be requested at any time.  The posting of photograph(s),
Trademark, Copyright or patented material can be submitted from the User only
with the express permission from the owner(s) of such rights to the material.
This Service does not require the User to post a physical address, fax or
phone number on classified ads or on the message board.

Myra International, Inc. - Not Responsible For
The User agrees to solely be responsible for any damages to their computer
or other equipment resulting from materials that have been downloaded from
Birds4Birders.com.  Myra International,Inc. does not commit to screening
Users. Myra International, Inc. does not review or assume any
responsibility or liability for materials on Birds4Birders.com, including but not
limited to, electronic mail and message board/forum sent between Users and
 any other Third-Party.

Age Requirement
Myra International, Inc. does not direct the content of this Service to anyone
less than 18 years of age; nor does it intend to permit registration by, will
not knowingly collect data from or disseminate any personally identifiable
information from anyone less than 18 years of age.If the User allows their
own child or a child for whom they are a legal guardian or any other
child access the User's password or identification, the holder of that password
therefore agrees that they will be solely responsible for, but not limited to,
liabilities, financial responsibility for on-line access, damage(s) and conduct
of anyone younger than 18 years of age making use of this Service.
This Service does not knowingly accept anyone who is less than 18 years
of age.  A purchaser of service must be 18 years old in order to fill out the
Registration Form.Completing the Registration Form legally represents and

Non-Refundable Policy
It is understood and agreed to that this Service will not grant any refunds.

This Service requires all parties to use the English language when interacting
with or posting any classified ads using this Service.

Myra International, Inc. does not recommend, endorse, or support
any particular views, including but not limited to, opinion, product, individual
ideas, findings, forum postings, third-party, hypertext link or organization.

International Use
This Service is for worldwide use.  Using this Service is prohibited where
national or local law declares this Service to be illegal, prohibited, or which
subjects Myra International, Inc. to taxation other than taxes imposed by
the United States of America or the State of Alaska. Anyone who chooses
to become a User must comply with local applicable laws that do not
prohibit this Service.

Message Board
Myra International, Inc. will develop a message board for
Birds4Birders.com.  Myra International,Inc. strongly discourages
the use of aliases or anonymous posting. This Service reserves the
right to delete inappropriate postings without notifying the User.

directory whose forum provides for postings only related to the Service
resource directory.  This Service's message board is not for posting

United States of America without giving effect to its conflicts of
law principles.  Any legal action, dispute, alleged breach or
other proceeding between the User and Myra International, Inc.
arising out of or relating to this Service and site must be
filed with the Superior Court for the State of Alaska, in
Anchorage, Alaska, (USA) United States of America. The User
must agree to submit to the jurisdiction the Superior Court for the
State of Alaska in Anchorage, Alaska, (USA) for all matters
related to the User's claim against Myra International, Inc. including
any counter claims or other claims that can be brought against User
pursuant to the Alaska Rules of Court. The User agrees that any
law, any action based on or alleging a breach of
this agreement shall be submitted/filed in the Superior
Court of Alaska located in Anchorage, Alaska, (USA) United States
of America. If any provision of Myra International, Inc.'s Terms and
Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any unenforceable reason,
other than those terms requiring User to indemnify Myra
International, Inc., its officers, directors and shareholders, then
that provision related to the agreement shall be deemed severable
from this Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity
and enforce ability of the remaining provisions of the Terms and
Conditions.  If the indemnity provisions of the Agreement shall be
deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in any
jurisdiction, the potential User from such jurisdiction are
prohibited from using this Service.

Consent
Acceptance though the use of this Service means that the
User agrees with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
Myra International, Inc., it officers, directors, and shareholders
will not be held responsible or liable, for User's actions,
if the User agrees with the Terms and Conditions.  By clicking

the Terms and Conditions and this act constitutes the User's
agreement with this Service. If, you are not in agreement with
